JUDGE MARKTHA K. KILGORE LEGAL STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to full-time students with a declared major within the Department of Legal Studies.  The recipient must have completed 75 credit hours with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, must be accepted into the Legal Studies Program and have completed at least 12 hours at East Central University.  This scholarship was established by Judge Kilgore’s family, friends and colleagues to honor her legacy in judicial excellence and as a public servant.  Judge Kilgore served for over 25 years as Associate District Judge in the 22nd Judicial District, Pontotoc County in Ada, Oklahoma.
