JOHN L. HOGGATT MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a graduate student majoring in Special Education who has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA, has financial need, possesses leadership skills, and demonstrates high moral standards, integrity, and concern for others. John was a senior at Byng High School when he died in a tragic automobile accident; this scholarship was established in his memory by family and friends.
