JOE WEBER/JERRY RAPER ATHLETIC SCHOLARSHIP (Davis High School)

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a Davis High School student who will be attending ECU. Coaches Weber and Raper were honored with this scholarship by Jay Horne, whose son played football for Coach Weber.  The recipient will be selected by Davis High School administrators.
