JOE M. TURNER MEMORIAL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Business Administration department. Mr. Turner graduated from ECU in 1971, and became an IRS agent. He later became a Special Agent for the Treasury Department. The Joe Turner Justice Wing in the Chickasaw Business and Conference Center was funded by his son Kevin Turner. Kevin also funded this scholarship in honor of his father.
