Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a graduate Education student at the discretion of the department. Dr. Paschall, long-time faculty member in the Education department, has been honored by his family, friends, and colleagues with the establishment of this scholarship, which is the first graduate scholarship at ECU.
