JACK BATES AND PANSY BATES TRANSFER SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship Incoming transfer students from two-year colleges will get priority consideration for funds. Student transfers from four-year colleges can be considered for funding as long as one half or more of the awards are given to those from a two-year college. Priority shall be given to students receiving limited financial aid, including loans. This scholarship was established in the last will and testament of Pansy Cradduck Bates.
