Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to students with a declared major of Water Resource Policy & Management based on GPA, financial aid standing, and evidence of leadership. Dorothy Higginbotham was an ECU alumna who understood and recognized the value of higher education and established this scholarship as part of her estate planning.
