Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a junior or senior student with a declared major within the Politics, Law, & Society Program who is active in campus activities and who has maintained a minimum 3.0 GPA. Dorothy Higginbotham was an ECU graduate who understood and appreciated the value of higher education, and she established this scholarship as part of her estate planning.
