A.T. AND ETHEL WATSON FAMILY SCHOLARSHIP 

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to incoming freshmen at ECU, and may be awarded for multiple semesters. The recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA with a declared major of Political Science or Legal studies. Financial need will be a consideration. This scholarship was originally established by Doris McCoy, and has been supplemented by friends and colleagues.
