Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a junior level Music major with the highest overall grade point average. In the case of a tie, the department will make the final decision. Dorothy Higginbotham was an ECU alumna who understood and recognized the value of higher education and established this scholarship as part of her estate planning.
