Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded during the summer semester to a senior or graduate Education student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who displays leadership qualities. Dorothy Higginbotham was an ECU alumna who understood and recognized the value of higher education and established this scholarship as part of her estate planning.
