GEORGE AND KAREN RHODES NURSING SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to students with a declared major within the School of Nursing at the discretion of the department.  George and Karen Rhodes are both alumni of East Central University.  George is one of the founders of Rhynes and Rhodes Furniture that began in 1974.  Karen worked as a registered nurse in the cardiac cath lab and in oncology which is now Mercy Hospital, Ada, OK.  Their appreciation of ECU and their community is ongoing.  Their youngest daughter, Kim is also an ECU graduate.  “It is our joy to encourage students at ECU”.
