FRANK AND JOHNNY STEPHENS DREW SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to incoming freshmen from one of the smaller school systems in Pontotoc County, Oklahoma (Allen, Roff, Stonewall, or Tupelo).  This scholarship was established by Slover Cape, an ECU alumnus who was raised by his aunt and uncle Frank and Johnny Drew.  This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.
