FRANCES AND ELIZABETH SCHMELLING SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Nursing Department. Dr. Stephen Schmelling established this scholarship in memory of his wife Elizabeth and her mother Frances. Both were nurses and Elizabeth was a long-time faculty member at ECU.
