FLOYD F. AND BEATRICE COLLIER MULLINS SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship may be awarded to first-time beginning freshmen, transfer students or continuing students.  If awarded to first-time beginning freshmen, the student must be eligible for admission to the University.  If awarded to a transfer or continuing student, the student must be in good academic standing and have a minimum 3.0 overall grade point average in at least 12 semester hours of college credit.  Regardless of the student’s eligibility status to be admitted to East Central University, the student must possess unique or exceptional financial needs and academic potential.  This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.
