Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to students pursuing a declared major within the Department of Education or a Teacher Certification area.
Established with love by the family of Orval Bruster, a 1974 graduate, and Alice Bruster, a 1967 graduate of East Central University, this scholarship honors their lifelong commitment to education.
