DR. RAYMOND ESTEP FRESHMAN HISTORY SCHOLARSHIP 

Spring Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to incoming freshmen with a declared major of History. Dr. Estep was an ECU Distinguished Alumnus and established this scholarship to assist students in the study of history.
