DR. SCOTT BARTON HISTORY SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the History department. Dr. Barton taught at ECU from 1993 to 2023 and this scholarship was established in his honor by his family.  Dr. Barton was department chair of the History Department and the first dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences.
