Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a Department of Human Services undergraduate student who is at the junior or senior level and has maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Additionally, applicants must have completed at least 12 hours at ECU in their program with a GPA of 3.5. Applicants should possess leadership qualities and have strong potential to make a positive and lasting impact in the public sector service.
