DR. NORMAN FRAME MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship Dr. Frame was a long-time instructor at ECU. His friends and family established this scholarship to assist students in their pursuit of a degree in Education. This scholarship requires a minimum 2.5 GPA and will be awarded to those already admitted into the ECU Teacher Education Program.
