DR. JOHN J. ULRICH PUBLIC SERVICE SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a student majoring in Political Science or Legal Studies, with public service as the main requirement. This scholarship was established in Dr. Ulrich’s memory by ECU alumni Kyle and Kendall Foster who stated, “He made a big impact on us and we think he was an incredible example of someone who led a life dedicated to public service.”
