DR. JOHN BULMAN SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Physics department. Dr. Bulman was a long-time faculty member and administrator at ECU and this scholarship was established in his honor and memory by family, friends, and colleagues.
