DR. EDWARD BROOKS SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a student who has chosen Legal Studies or Political Science as a major and who has maintained academic excellence in his/her college career. Dr. Brooks taught government at ECU for several years and this scholarship was established in his memory by a former student, Kelvin Williams.
