DR. BILL AND CAROL HEITLAND EDUCATION & PSYCHOLOGY GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP 

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a graduate level student with a declared major of Counseling Psychology or School Psychology.  Preference will be given to students with a 3.0 GPA or above.  A GPA below 3.0 may be considered if the student is reflected to be deserving by the College of Education & Psychology Scholarship Committee.  Preference will be given to minority students, specifically students of color.  This scholarship was established by friends of family of Dr. Bill and Carol Heitland for their many years of service to ECU and the College of Education & Psychology as well as their service outside of the University for the well-being of others.
