OKLAHOMA RISING SCHOLARS INSTITUTIONAL NOMINEE AWARD

This scholarship is awarded to students who score a 30 on the national ACT or equivalent SAT OR 3.8 unweighted GPA AND either rank in top 4% of graduating class or rank #1 or #2 Or 28 on national ACT/SAT and a 3.8 unweighted GPA. Must be a beginning freshman, Oklahoma resident and enrolled full time.
