THE JOHNNY BOB HARGRAVE SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship is awarded each semester to students who best exemplify exceptional involvement, leadership, and school spirit at ECU. This award recognizes students who serve as positive ambassadors for the university through campus engagement, service, and the representation of university values. The scholarship was established in honor of President Emeritus John R. Hargrave to continue his legacy of passion and loyalty as “ECU’s biggest cheerleader and advocate.” Selection for this scholarship is determined by the Office of Student Leadership and Activities in conjunction with the Dean of Students or their designee.
