SHIRLEY MIXON "TRAILBLAZER" SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Only ScholarshipThis scholarship will be awarded to a student attending ECU full-time with a minimum 3.0 GPA.  Preference will be given to African-American, first-time freshmen students native to Oklahoma.  Need will be deciding factor as well.  This scholarship was established by friends and family of long-time ECU Professor, Dr. Shirley Mixon, to honor her quiet, yet tireless efforts to make a difference in the lives of others.
