SHELBY JANE BAYS MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to an upper-level student who is preparing for a career in the dentistry or medical profession by majoring in Biology, Physics, or Chemistry. Priority will be given to majors in the previously stated order with preference given to graduates of Davis High School in Oklahoma. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.1 GPA and preference will be given to students whose cost of attendance is not totally covered by scholarships, grants, or other fund sources that will not require repayment. Shelby Bays was a pre-dental student attending ECU at the time of her death. Her parents established this scholarship in her memory in order to assist other students in reaching their career goals.
