RHONDA KAY EVANS CLEMENTS EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to at the discretion of the Education Department.  Rhonda Kay “Evans” Clements was a proud graduate of the East Central University Department of Education.  Mrs. Clements taught third grade in the Noble school system for 37 years and was held in high esteem by her fellow teachers, students, and their parents during her lengthy tenure.
