Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to Music majors in the Piano, Vocal, or Instrumental areas based on contribution to the program and above-average academic work. Oscar Parker was a member of an ECU quartet, which performed extensively during the 1940s and 1950s, and he was also a founding member of the ECU Foundation, Inc. in 1970.
