Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to non-traditional college students, whose marital status is widowed or divorced, and have at least one dependent. A minimum 3.0 GPA is required, or GED certification is acceptable for an incoming freshman. Mrs. Rhynes is an ECU alumna, a teacher, and an author who established this scholarship in order to assist single parents in their pursuit of a higher education. This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.
