MARTHA EUBANK/WALLACE RHYNES SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded to a female student between the ages of 25-45, marital status of widowed or divorced, with at least one dependent.  A minimum 3.0 GPA is required, or GED certification is acceptable for an incoming freshman.  Mrs. Rhynes is an ECU alumna, a teacher, and an author who established this scholarship in order to assist young women in their pursuit of a higher education.  This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee
