MARTHA ELLEN SKINNER SCHOLARSHIP

Fall Scholarship This scholarship will be awarded preferably to Pontotoc County students who plan to attend ECU, but can be awarded to students outside of Pontotoc County.  Awards will be based on financial need and require all recipients to maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.  This scholarship will be awarded at the discretion of the Foundation’s Scholarship Committee.
